Blizzard are the only ones to confirm you get the widowmaker skin with a pre order from their site. 3rd party retailers are not guaranteeing you get this item. Some users are getting them some are not. reports are MMOGA are selling the key separately to you if you wish.
Just because the site is listed in 'Keys Received from' Does not mean you should have your key. You may be waiting in line as they ship them out.

G2A - Keys are being shipped but you are waiting for the supplier at your time of purchase to provide the key. your supplier must ship the key. If another supplier ships keys they will be given to the people who purchased at the time they were purchasing. You must wait for your supplier to ship.

Im sure you can imagine im going quiet for a while xD GLHF to those who got keys. Those who got screwed by 3rd parties, Its a chance you took for a cheaper copy it paid of for some it didnt pay of for others.
