Acer Aspire 7741G-6426 Model MS2309/MS2310; InviLink Nplify IEEE 802.11 b/g/n drivers needed; Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS.

I can't tell from Acer support page for my laptop which modem/hard-wire/wireless thingies I have:

If this message helped you, please give it a bit of XP! Click the XP button at the bottom right of. For Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 on the PC, a GameFAQs message board. The error sais 'Please install at least one language pack. Please install at least one language pack red alert 3.

Atheros, Broadcom, or Intel King of fighters 99 online.

Does anyone know how I can determine exactly which modem/hard-wire/wireless thingies I have?

Windows will not tell; Acer support area will not tell me.

Can I remove the back of the laptop and see something? If so, what do I look for, where do I look for it on the mobo?

I spent two days shofar, and I get kicked off of wireless constantly, and there no hard-wire period.

Hello! I am completely new to Linux system (previously using Mac and Windows) and I am struggling with the new interface in order to get my wireless card recognised and working.
Linux version is Ubuntu 12.04, card is Acer Nplify 802.11b/g/n. Additional Drivers option found drivers for my graphic card and even for the wireless (recognised as ) 'Broadcom STA proprietary wireless driver' (' This package contains Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless driver for use with Broadcom's BCM4311-, BCM4312-, BCM4313-, BCM4321-, BCM4322-, BCM43224-, and BCM43225-, BCM43227- and BCM43228-based hardware.')
However, when I try to activate it, after entering the administration password, I get an error massage:
'Sorry, the installation of this driver failed.
Please have a look at the log file for details: /var/log/jockey.log'
Then I try to open the log file using the terminal (is this the right thing to do?) and I get:
bash: /var/log/jockey.log: Permission denied
I checked some forums, but I didn't get better results. I would appreciate some help for a new user. Thank you in advance!
