Maybe I did not make it clear. This is a problem specific to XP Embedded Language Packs site (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=31167).

The problem is quite simple - the link appears to be missing.

No matter what computers (Windows 8, 7, XP or Linux/Ubuntu) or browsers (Internet Explorer/Firefox) I use, I cannot download the languate package (German or French or Japanese or Korean or Chinese). It is not a problem of computer as I can download other packages from Microsoft Download Center (e.g., Language IME).

Also please google 'How to Install East Asian Language Language Pack without XP CD', you will find out what problem we have with Windows XP.

Sorry for the delayed response and thank you for follow up.

The MUI components that you are trying to download from the link your mentioned above would only work with Windows XP Embedded without Service Pack 1. Could you please let us know the service pack installed on your computer?

To check the service pack installed, right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
